Exhibitor Information
Exhibiting is an integral part of the Joint International Neurogastroenterology
and Motility meetings. This meeting is jointly sponsored by four societies
- American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society (ANMS), Functional
Brain-Gut Research Group (FBG), European Society of Neurogastroenterology
and Motility (ESNM), and International Neurogastroenterology and Motility
Group (INMG) - and the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal
Disorders (IFFGD). As an exhibiting company, you will enjoy prime exposure
and direct marketing opportunities with the key players and decision-makers
in the field. The floor plan is designed to maximize the exhibitor's
exposure to the meeting participants. All breaks will be held in the
exhibition area. Particular attention will be given to signage and decoration
enabling an easy and convenient visit of the exhibition.
Space Allocation
Table-top displays only. One 1-foot x 6-foot skirted table and two chairs
will be provided. Two registration fees will be waived. Registration
includes all breaks, lunches, and reception, and banquet. Additional
registrations are $400 per person. Registration includes all break refreshments,
lunches, welcome reception, and awards banquet.
Electrical Connections
and Internet
Arrangements for electricity or Internet access must be made directly
with the Hilton Chicago. Details for these arrangements will be sent
to the official contact person.
Exhibiting Fee
and Application Deadline
Exhibiting Fee: $5000 USD
Applications for exhibit space are considered on a first-come basis.
Given limited space in the exhibit area, it is recommended that your
organization submit the completed application form as soon as possible
(Click here for the Exhibitor
Application). The deadline for receipt of the application and full
payment is June 1, 2009.
Exhibition Schedule
Set up: Thursday, August 27, 2009 - 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Break down: Sunday, August 30, 2009 commencing at 12:00 pm
Exhibit Hours
Thursday: Optional
Friday and Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Assignment of
Space
Space will be assigned as requested wherever possible. We will make
every possible effort to assign a preferred location. Exhibitors wishing
to avoid assignment of space adjacent to that of a particular competitor
should indicate so on their application form. Careful consideration
will be given to
all requests. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance of these requests.
NGM 2009 reserves the right to relocate or reassign space at any time
for the overall benefit of the meeting. If a preferred space is not
available, NGM 2009 will contact the company to discuss alternative
space availabilities.
Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors must be registered. Two exhibitor name tags will be issued.
Additional exhibitors will be charged a registration fee of $400.

Exhibit Representation
Exhibits must be staffed by a company representative during the scheduled
exhibit times. All company representatives must be preregistered. No
shared registrations.
Company and Product
Profiles
A complete listing of all exhibitors will be included in the Final Program,
which will be distributed to all attendees.
Give-aways and
Distribution of Printed Materials
Give-aways are no longer allowed. Printed material may only be distributed
in the space provided by the exhibitor. No such material may be distributed
in any hotel used by the meeting.
Sound Devices
and Noise Level
Noise level from any product demonstration or sound system must be kept
to a minimum and must not interfere with other exhibits or educational
activities.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before July
1, 2009 and are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds issued
after July 1, 2009. E-mail, fax, or mail to MedPub Inc - NGM 2009.
Liability
Each exhibitor agrees to protect, save, and hold Hilton Chicago, Functional
Brain-Gut Research Group (NGM 2009), and all agents and employees thereof
(hereinafter collectively called "Indemnities") forever harmless
for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance,
whether occasioned by the negligence of the Exhibitor or those holding
under the Exhibitor. Further, the Exhibitor
shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the indemnities
against and from any and all losses, costs, damages, liability, or expenses
(including attorney's fees) arising from or by reason of any accident
or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including
the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invites, which arise
from or out of the exhibition premises, the hotel, or any part thereof.
Shipping
Exhibitors must make individual arrangements for shipping and handling.
